For over 26 years the Cristiano family has been serving the best in pizza and Italian fare in Washington Mills. Since coming over from Italy in 1961, Tony Cristiano has encountered many jobs and many challenges. The one that seemed to stick with him was pizza! Our original location on Auert Ave. in North Utica was the birthplace for the Tony's Pizzeria family
Other stores in the area bear the Tony's name, but each is individually owned and operated. The flagship of the family is still considered to be the Washington Mills store. Since 1979, this Tony's Pizza has provided the New Hartford, Sauquoit, and south Utica areas with quality homemade foods, with the centerpiece being great authentic pan pizza. With the freshest in products used, and the original receipe still being used today, our Washington Mills store is a model of what the community expects in a pizzeria. But wait, Tony's has expanded to give everyone in the area so much more!

The Vineyard is an exclusive full service wine bar inside Tony's Pizzeria in Washington Mills. Come in and enjoy over 200 wines by the bottle and over 75 by the glass. Speaking of wines, The Vineyard is the only location in Central New York that hosts wine tasting each and every Thursday night. We feature 5 different wines from a region of this country or the world, and pair them up with five different gourmet appetizers to give you the ultimate in food and wine experience. Admission is $12 and tastings start at 7:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended. We also have the only 2 for 1 happy hour in the area. That's right, 2 for 1 on everything in the bar, that's right, everything!! Happy hour starts at 4 p.m. Fridays and goes until 7 p.m. . Live music engulfs The Vineyard each and every Saturday night with such popular local acts as Frank Canistra and Co. and D.V.D. Musical acts start at 9 p.m. each and every Saturday Night.

Our next four course wine dinner to be held in The Vineyard is scheduled for Thursday August 2nd. Our normal winetasting for that evening will be cancelled as we will give the loyal patrons a chance to reserve in advance a table for this fabulous event.
If you have not experienced it before, you would be well advised to make your reservations ahead of time to secure a seat. We have picked out four great gourmet entree meals that will be paired up with four outstanding glasses of wine to compliment the dishes. The wines will be selected by our own in house master wine instructor Forrest Harper. Forrest is a wine consultatant for Southern Wine and Spirits and teaches various wine tasting and selection classes. He will be in attendance that evening and will go into great detail about the four wines that he will select for this great evening of food and wine. Along with the four courses, coffee and dessert are included, and the price is a very reasonable $49.99 per person (tax and gratuity not included). This is an event you do not want to miss.
